Kordian Group was founded by Robert Kos, who spent several years as IT Executive and Solutions Architect in the Financial and Retail sectors. Robert has many years of experience in designing, developing, deploying and managing world-class enterprise web and distributed solutions.

Prior to founding Kordian, Robert was Vice President and informal CTO for Barnes and Noble Inc, where he was responsible for all technology infrastructure, operations, compliance, security and support. Robert’s vision and knowledge have contributed greatly to the deployment of highly available, PCI-compliant and flexible technical infrastructure which allowed Barnes and Noble to pursue its mission of operating the best specialty retail business in America.

Robert came to Barnes and Noble from Indymac Bank in California, where he server in a variety of roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Mortgage Banking Technology. Prior to Indymac, Robert was a Director of Business Technology at GMAC-Residential Funding Corporation.

Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from California State University, Fresno. He also attended the Warsaw School of Economics in his native Poland.

Tad’s main area of focus is preparing and managing new investments, particularly in real estate, energy, infrastructure and technology sectors.

For several years, Tadeusz was responsible for controlling and Board Reports preparation in a network of Holiday Inn hotels in Poland.

Prior to joining Kordian Group, Tadeusz was responsible for securing 65M PLN from EU grants and other sources to finance a new campus for the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
