Łukasz Wejchert’s company, Dirlango, acquired all the shares in LeadR, a direct marketing agency, which was controlled to date by the Cube Group. Sebastian Białousz, President and founder of LeadR, will remain in his position.
Łukasz Wejchert declares that he wants to take advantage of LeadR’s potential in implementing new, innovative projects at Dirlango. “The Agency’s activities suit our product ecosystem based primarily on mobile and big data solutions. We already have a few ideas on how the Agency’s skills can be used within the services we provide and how to introduce synergy between projects,” he says.
The companies have not disclosed the transaction value.
LeadR operated to date within the structures of the Cube Group. The agency specializes in designing and implementing direct marketing campaigns in the Internet.
“The fact that we have become part of Dirlango opens up the possibility of increasing the rate of development and the strengthening of our position on the market. Together with Dirlango, we shall continue to develop our offering of a range of innovative direct marketing solutions, as well as – or possibly even in particular – commercializing databases, namely in the area of big data,” announces Sebastian Białousz, President and founder of LeadR.
